Dr. Austin Mahlik, DMD

Dr. Austin Mahlik is originally from Wisconsin and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee. After completing his dental education, Dr. Mahlik went on to serve as an active duty US Navy dentist, providing comprehensive dental care to service members and their families both domestically and abroad. During his military career, he had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from specialists across various dental disciplines.

 

Driven by a passion for modern, evidence-based dentistry, Dr. Mahlik is dedicated to delivering predictable, high-quality results using the latest techniques and technologies. He is committed to continual learning, regularly attending seminars, participating in hands-on training, and collaborating with dental specialists to further refine his skills. Dr. Mahlik emphasizes a minimally invasive, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on preserving and restoring natural teeth while tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique goals and needs. He believes that dental visits should be both effective and comfortable, and he strives to create a welcoming, reassuring experience for every patient.

 

Outside the office, Dr. Mahlik leads an active lifestyle with his wife, Graceanne. Together, they enjoy running, weightlifting, scuba diving, hiking, camping, and skiing. They are excited to make the Upper Valley their new home and look forward to becoming part of the local community.
