New Sleep Apnea Patients
Obstructive sleep apnea is a serious medical condition. Dr. Schell only treat patients that have been referred by their physician for oral appliance therapy. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, our office must have the following documentation:
- Referral from your sleep physician or primary care provider
- Original sleep study/polysomnogram report
- Pertinent clinical notes from your physician
Once these documents are received, our office will contact you to obtain additional information regarding your medical and dental providers, insurance, and to discuss our registration process.
