2025 Merit Scholarship Application – $1,500

Requirements
Applicant must be Lebanon High School senior graduating in the year that the scholarship is to be awarded and pursing education in the healthcare field. Applicant must be accepted to a two or four year accredited school. Submissions must be received by April 1, 2025.

Selection Process
Primary consideration will be given to the student’s level of involvement in school and/or community activities. Additional consideration will be given to the overall quality of the student’s essay. Selection will be made without regard for race, color, national origin, age or sex of candidate.

Please provide an essay explaining why you are pursuing a degree in the healthcare field.
